The 1.5 hour (90 min) Traditional Thai massage is performed on the mat. We will leave your body well-stretched and balanced, and lead you into a deep, relaxed state free from stress.Quick Instructions:- Please wear loose-fitting clothes: pants and a shirt.- You will be lying on a mat on the floor, not on a massage table. Details:- Once on the mat, your therapist will slowly move your body through multiple stretches, using the weight and pressure of their body to assist you.- Unlike a Swedish or Deep tissue massage, oil isn’t used. The therapist will use their hands, thumbs, elbows, and knees to stretch, pull, and rock different parts of your body. - They may even sit on you to stretch you into certain positions. Let your therapist know if the pressure and stretching need to be reduced..

A skilled expert, Mark provided one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. Incredibly knowledgeable on the body he provided nearly immediate relief of the tension and pressure I hold in my shoulders and back. He also provided recommendations on stretching I can do to help prevent the discomfort. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Boise to schedule a longer session with him!

I’ve had massage therapists tell me they can no longer work on me bc I like it too deep. Well, Brett had no problem going too deep and almost too deep. Amazing bodywork. Wish I lived in Boise and could be a regular.
